Congratulations to the Varsity Holy Name Football Team, as they have qualified for the Division IV, Regional 11 Playoffs! The Namers clinched a playoff spot after defeating Rocky River, 14-10 on Friday. The win also gave Holy Name a share of the inaugural Great Lakes Conference title with Bay and Rocky River.
The team will face Perry High School (Lake County) in the first round of the playoffs on Saturday, November 7 at 7 p.m. Because Perry is the higher-seeded team, the game will be played at their home field. Final details about the game location, as well as ticket information, will be released as soon as possible.
We are proud of our football players, and encourage Namer Nation to come support the team on Saturday as they begin their playoff run! Go Green Wave!
