“Run for the Roses” came to life at the Holy Name Rising Tide Gala Auction on April 23, winning a “Triple Crown” for Holy Name and successfully raising thousands of dollars for the school!

Holy Name earned this Triple Crown after the following wins:

WIN #1: $76,830 raised for Namer in Need – the highest amount of funds raised for Namer in Need in Gala Auction history

WIN #2: Nearly $180,000 raised overall at the Gala Auction – the highest income in Gala Auction history

WIN #3: Holy Name alumni, family, friends, and students celebrated an unbelievable evening that will positively impact the current and future students of our high school.

Congratulations to the $10,000 Winner, Dr. Mary Dy Sivik ’82, who had ticket number 069.

We are also excited for the Curry Family, who won our $1,500 Tuition Raffle, and will have twin freshman boys in the Class of 2020 next year!

Major gratitude goes to the entire 2016 Gala Auction Committee, including parents, alumni, HN students and friends who helped make this event happen. We are also grateful for all those who attended the Gala Auction, who donated a gift, or who made the evening a success in any way possible.

We especially must recognized 2016 Gala Auction Intern Connor Regan ’16. Connor spent many hours helping to prepare for the event, and at the Gala Auction, he proved to be the most valuable resource to all workers and attendees. We are very proud of him for the tremendous work he accomplished, and wish him the best of luck next year as he continues his education at Ohio University on a full ROTC Scholarship!
