Holy Name will be performing in the Cleveland Theatre Conference’s One-Act Play Competition on Saturday, March 12 at John Carroll University. Their performance is scheduled for 2 p.m.
Our talented actors and actresses will be performing The Actor’s Nightmare by Christopher Durang. It centers around George
Spelling, an accountant that ends up in a theater with no recollection of any rehearsals. Everyone seems to know him, and what is more, the leading man has been in an accident and he has to “go on for him”!
Once you arrive on-campus at JCU, there will be red Cleveland Theatre Conference (CTC) signs pointing the way to the entrance of the One-Act Play Competition.
The cast members are seniors Sarah Durma, Mason Kuhr and Thomas Joyce, juniors Kyle Wadley and Lizzie Groth, and sophomore Kelly Keefe.
The one-act play is directed by Ms. Tina Callari ’81, and the student director/stage manager is junior Claire Leff.
